A Division of GraVoc
The GraVoc Textile Management and Production System is a multi-user, front-end application for Great Plains that allows users to create inventory items based on different styles, fabrics, colors, finish sizes and dimensions. The GraVoc GP Textile Management System also serves as a front-end for the Great Plains Sales Order Entry process, which allows users to pick inventory item dimensions, such as, style, fabric and color. Once the Sales Order is entered into the system, users’ are allowed to generate a Work Order directly from the Sales Order. The Work Order is bar-coded, in order to track the flow of items throughout the production process. When production is complete there is a built-in Report as Complete utility that uses the barcode scanning process to add the finished good items into inventory. The GraVoc GP Textile Management and Production System also allows users to produce and print UPC and Care labels for each of their finished good inventory items. The system also encompasses some built-in purchasing and production planning tools and reports, allowing users to manage their raw materials and to automatically generate production Work Orders based on current requirements.
