The GraVoc Health Recovery Reservation Management System handles the reservation of beds and/or rooms and pre-administration screening and processing. Within the application users can collect and track medical screening information and client/patient history. The built-in Management Dashboard allows users a real-time graphical view of which beds/rooms are occupied and for what length of time. The Dashboard also provides multitude of valuable statistics regarding such things as occupancy rates and usage based on contracts and programs. The application was designed to collect and store all of your relevant insurance information for billing purposes and track the number of approved days for insurance coverage versus that actual number of service days.
