The GraVoc Property Manager is a front-end, multi-user application that manages all aspects of your apartment rental processes and integrates with many of the most popular back-end accounting applications. The GraVoc Property Manager provides multi-company functionality and maintains comprehensive resident demographics.

The application will calculate pro-rates for move-ins, move-outs and any recurring charges. With the auto-bill functionality users can easily setup/maintain and automatically bill all monthly recurring charges (including Utility meter reading and billing). After your monthly auto- billing has been generated users can process resident cash receipts, perform adjustments and create charges including the processing of special fees such as NSF, three-day notice and others.

A complete resident history is tracked from move-in to move-out with a view of the resident ledger. The GraVoc Property Manager provides comprehensive system user security with assigned access rights to company and module functionality. The built-in reports include: Rent Roll, Apartment Status, Lease Expiration, Aged Delinquency, Marketing Source, Move-in and Move-out, Cash Receipts, Occupancy/Availability and Days Vacant.
