GraVoc Field Service Software
The GraVoc Field Service application streamlines your professional services organization by tracking all of your service calls electronically throughout their life cycle within your organization from call entry, dispatch, service completion and billing. The GFS Management Console is a business process management application built specifically for the service industry that provides a workflow engine which routes your service calls and incidents throughout the organization so that you can always have a real-time view of what is happening with your calls, customers, service technicians and inventory.
Calls dispatched from the Management Console are pushed out to the technicians in real-time via the Mobile Client application (which allows for both on-line and off-line call entry and data synchronization) and/or the Web Entry interface, where they can automatically update the status of the call, look-up prior customer service call history for diagnostic purposes, record inventory items used from their truck stock, capture the customer’s signature for electronic authorization, and finally, close-out the call by submitting it back to the Management Console for review, approval and billing.
